#1: Surah Al-Baqarah (2:127) — Acceptance of Good Deeds
رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
Transliteration: Rabbanā taqabbal minnā innaka Antas-Samī‘ul-‘Alīm.
English: Our Lord, accept [this] from us. Indeed You are the Hearing, the Knowing.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! ہم سے قبول فرما، بے شک تو ہی خوب سننے والا خوب جاننے والا ہے۔
#2: Surah Al-Baqarah (2:128) — Righteous Offspring & Sincere Submission
رَبَّنَا وَاجْعَلْنَا مُسْلِمَيْنِ لَكَ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِنَا أُمَّةً مُّسْلِمَةً لَّكَ وَأَرِنَا مَنَاسِكَنَا وَتُبْ عَلَيْنَا ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ
Transliteration: Rabbanā waj‘alnā muslimayni laka wa min dhurriyyatinā ummatan muslimatan laka wa arinā manāsikanā wa tub ‘alaynā innaka Antat-Tawwābur-Raḥīm.
English: Our Lord, and make us submissive to You and from our descendants a Muslim nation [in submission] to You. And show us our rites and accept our repentance. Indeed, You are the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! ہمیں اپنا فرماں بردار بنا اور ہماری اولاد میں سے بھی ایک ایسی امت پیدا فرما جو تیری فرماں بردار ہو، اور ہمیں ہمارے مناسکِ حج دکھا اور ہماری توبہ قبول فرما، بے شک تو بڑا توبہ قبول کرنے والا نہایت رحم والا ہے۔
#3: Surah Al-Baqarah (2:201) — Goodness in Both Worlds & Protection from Hellfire
رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
Transliteration: Rabbanā ātinā fid-dunyā ḥasanatan wa fil-ākhirati ḥasanatan wa qinā ‘adhāban-nār.
English: Our Lord, give us in this world [that which is] good and in the Hereafter [that which is] good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! ہمیں دنیا میں بھی بھلائی عطا فرما اور آخرت میں بھی بھلائی عطا فرما اور ہمیں دوزخ کے عذاب سے بچا۔

رَبَّنَا أَفْرِغْ عَلَيْنَا صَبْرًا وَثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَنَا وَانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ
Transliteration: Rabbanā afrigh ‘alaynā ṣabran wa thabbit aqdāmanā wanṣurnā ‘alal-qawmil-kāfirīn.
English: Our Lord, pour upon us patience and plant firmly our feet and give us victory over the disbelieving people.
Urdu: اے ہمارے پروردگار! ہم پر صبر کا فیضان فرما اور ہمارے قدم جما دے اور کافروں کی قوم پر ہمیں فتح عنایت فرما۔
#5: Surah Al-Baqarah (2:286) — Pardon for Human Forgetfulness & Unintentional Errors
رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِن نَّسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا
Transliteration: Rabbanā lā tu'ākhidhnā in nasīnā aw akhṭa'nā.
English: Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! اگر ہم بھول جائیں یا چوک جائیں تو ہمارا مواخذہ نہ فرما۔
#6: Surah Al-Baqarah (2:286) — Spiritual Ease & Lightening of Burdens
رَبَّنَا وَلَا تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَا إِصْرًا كَمَا حَمَلْتَهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِنَا
Transliteration: Rabbanā wa lā taḥmil ‘alaynā iṣran kamā ḥamaltahū ‘alal-ladhīna min qablinā.
English: Our Lord, and lay not upon us a burden like that which You laid upon those before us.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! ہم پر ایسا بوجھ نہ ڈال جیسا تو نے ہم سے پہلے لوگوں پر ڈالا تھا۔
#7: Surah Al-Baqarah (2:286) — Complete Forgiveness, Mercy & Divine Guardianship
رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِ ۖ وَاعْفُ عَنَّا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَا ۚ أَنتَ مَوْلَانَا فَانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ
Transliteration: Rabbanā wa lā tuḥammilnā mā lā ṭāqata lanā bih, wa‘fu ‘annā waghfir lanā warḥamnā, Anta Mawlānā fanṣurnā ‘alal-qawmil-kāfirīn.
English: Our Lord, and burden us not with that which we have no ability to bear. And pardon us; and forgive us; and have mercy upon us. You are our protector, so give us victory over the disbelieving people.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! ہم پر وہ بوجھ نہ ڈال جس کی ہم میں طاقت نہ ہو، اور ہم سے درگزر فرما، اور ہمیں بخش دے اور ہم پر رحم فرما، تو ہی ہمارا کارساز ہے پس کافروں کی قوم کے مقابلے میں ہماری مدد فرما۔
#8: Surah Ali 'Imran (3:8) — Heart Steadfastness & Protection from Deviation
رَبَّنَا لَا تُزِغْ قُلُوبَنَا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَيْتَنَا وَهَبْ لَنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْمَةً ۚ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْوَهَّابُ
Transliteration: Rabbanā lā tuzigh qulūbanā ba‘da idh hadaytanā wa hab lanā mil-ladunka raḥmah, innaka Antal-Wahhāb.
English: Our Lord, let not our hearts deviate after You have guided us and grant us from Yourself mercy. Indeed, You are the Bestower.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! ہمارے دلوں کو ٹیڑھا نہ ہونے دے بعد اس کے کہ تو نے ہمیں ہدایت عطا فرمائی، اور ہمیں اپنے پاس سے خاص رحمت عطا فرما، بے شک تو ہی بہت بڑا عطا فرمانے والا ہے۔
#9: Surah Ali 'Imran (3:9) — Certainty in the Day of Judgment
رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ جَامِعُ النَّاسِ لِيَوْمٍ لَّا رَيْبَ فِيهِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُخْلِفُ الْمِيعَادَ
Transliteration: Rabbanā innaka jāmi‘un-nāsi li-yawmil lā rayba fīh, innallāha lā yukhliful-mī‘ād.
English: Our Lord, surely You will gather the people for a Day about which there is no doubt. Indeed, Allah does not fail in His promise.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! تو یقیناً تمام لوگوں کو ایک ایسے دن جمع کرنے والا ہے جس کے آنے میں کوئی شک نہیں، بے شک اللہ وعدے کی خلاف ورزی نہیں کرتا۔
#10: Surah Ali 'Imran (3:16) — Supplication through Sincere Faith
رَبَّنَا إِنَّنَا آمَنَّا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
Transliteration: Rabbanā innanā āmannā faghfir lanā dhunūbanā wa qinā ‘adhāban-nār.
English: Our Lord, indeed we have believed, so forgive us our sins and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
Urdu: اے ہمارے پروردگار! ہم ایمان لائے، پس ہمارے گناہ بخش دے اور ہمیں آگ کے عذاب سے بچا۔
#11: Surah Ali 'Imran (3:53) — Allegiance to Divine Revelation & Prophethood
رَبَّنَا آمَنَّا بِمَا أَنزَلْتَ وَاتَّبَعْنَا الرَّسُولَ فَاكْتُبْنَا مَعَ الشَّاهِدِينَ
Transliteration: Rabbanā āmannā bimā anzalta wattaba‘nar-Rasūla faktubnā ma‘ash-shāhidīn.
English: Our Lord, we have believed in what You revealed and have followed the messenger, so register us among the witnesses [to truth].
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! جو کچھ تو نے نازل فرمایا ہم اس پر ایمان لائے اور ہم نے رسول کی پیروی کی، پس ہمیں گواہی دینے والوں کے ساتھ لکھ لے۔
#12: Surah Ali 'Imran (3:147) — Repentance for Extravagance & Victory
رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَإِسْرَافَنَا فِي أَمْرِنَا وَثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَنَا وَانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ
Transliteration: Rabbanagh-fir lanā dhunūbanā wa isrāfanā fī amrinā wa thabbit aqdāmanā wanṣurnā ‘alal-qawmil-kāfirīn.
English: Our Lord, forgive us our sins and the excess [committed] in our affairs and plant firmly our feet and give us victory over the disbelieving people.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! ہمارے گناہ بخش دے اور ہمارے کاموں میں جو زیادتی ہوئی اس سے درگزر فرما، اور ہمارے قدم جما دے اور کافروں کے مقابلے میں ہماری مدد فرما۔
#13: Surah Ali 'Imran (3:191) — Cosmic Contemplation & Humility
رَبَّنَا مَا خَلَقْتَ هَٰذَا بَاطِلًا سُبْحَانَكَ فَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
Transliteration: Rabbanā mā khalaqta hādhā bāṭilan subḥānaka faqinā ‘adhāban-nār.
English: Our Lord, You did not create this aimlessly; exalted are You [above such a thing]; then protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! تو نے یہ سب بے مقصد و بے فائدہ پیدا نہیں کیا، تو پاک ہے، پس ہمیں دوزخ کے عذاب سے بچا لے۔
#14: Surah Ali 'Imran (3:192) — Fear of Humiliation on the Last Day
رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ مَن تُدْخِلِ النَّارَ فَقَدْ أَخْزَيْتَهُ ۖ وَمَا لِلظَّالِمِينَ مِنْ أَنصَارٍ
Transliteration: Rabbanā innaka man tudkhilin-nāra faqad akhzaytah, wa mā liẓ-ẓālimīna min anṣār.
English: Our Lord, indeed whoever You admit to the Fire - You have disgraced him, and for the wrongdoers there are no helpers.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! جسے تو نے آگ میں ڈال دیا اسے تو نے بڑی رسوائی میں ڈال دیا، اور ظالموں کا کوئی مددگار نہیں۔
#15: Surah Ali 'Imran (3:193) — Response to the Call of Faith & Noble End
رَّبَّنَا إِنَّنَا سَمِعْنَا مُنَادِيًا يُنَادِي لِلْإِيمَانِ أَنْ آمِنُوا بِرَبِّكُمْ فَآمَنَّا ۚ رَبَّنَا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَكَفِّرْ عَنَّا سَيِّئَاتِنَا وَتَوَفَّنَا مَعَ الْأَبْرَارِ
Transliteration: Rabbanā innanā sami‘nā munādiyan yunādī lil-īmāni an āminū bi-Rabbikum fa-āmannā, Rabbanā faghfir lanā dhunūbanā wa kaffir ‘annā sayyi'ātinā wa tawaffanā ma‘al-abrār.
English: Our Lord, indeed we have heard a caller calling to faith, [saying], 'Believe in your Lord,' and we have believed. Our Lord, so forgive us our sins and remove from us our misdeeds and cause us to die with the righteous.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! ہم نے ایک منادی کرنے والے کو سنا جو ایمان کی طرف پکار رہا تھا کہ اپنے رب پر ایمان لاؤ، تو ہم ایمان لے آئے۔ اے ہمارے رب! پس ہمارے گناہ بخش دے اور ہماری برائیاں ہم سے دور کر دے اور ہمیں نیکوکاروں کے ساتھ موت عطا فرما۔
#16: Surah Ali 'Imran (3:194) — Fulfillment of Divine Promises & Dignity
رَبَّنَا وَآتِنَا مَا وَعَدتَّنَا عَلَىٰ رُسُلِكَ وَلَا تُخْزِنَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۖ إِنَّكَ لَا تُخْلِفُ الْمِيعَادَ
Transliteration: Rabbanā wa ātinā mā wa‘attanā ‘alā rusulika wa lā tukhzinā yawmal-qiyāmah, innaka lā tukhliful-mī‘ād.
English: Our Lord, and grant us what You promised us through Your messengers and do not disgrace us on the Day of Resurrection. Indeed, You do not fail in [Your] promise.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! اور ہمیں وہ سب کچھ عطا فرما جس کا تو نے اپنے رسولوں کے ذریعے ہم سے وعدہ فرمایا ہے اور قیامت کے دن ہمیں رسوا نہ کر، بے شک تو وعدہ خلافی نہیں کرتا۔
#17: Surah An-Nisa (4:75) — Rescue from Oppression & Seeking Divine Ally
رَبَّنَا أَخْرِجْنَا مِنْ هَٰذِهِ الْقَرْيَةِ الظَّالِمِ أَهْلُهَا وَاجْعَل لَّنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ وَلِيًّا وَاجْعَل لَّنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ نَصِيرًا
Transliteration: Rabbanā akhrijnā min hādhihil-qaryatiẓ-ẓālimi ahluhā waj‘al lanā mil-ladunka waliyyā, waj‘al lanā mil-ladunka naṣīrā.
English: Our Lord, take us out of this city of oppressive people and appoint for us from Yourself a protector and appoint for us from Yourself a helper.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! ہمیں اس بستی سے نکال جس کے رہنے والے ظالم ہیں، اور ہمارے لیے اپنی طرف سے کوئی حمایتی پیدا فرما اور اپنی طرف سے کوئی مددگار مقرر فرما۔
#18: Surah Al-Ma'idah (5:83) — Witnessing the Truth with Tears of Recognition
رَبَّنَا آمَنَّا فَاكْتُبْنَا مَعَ الشَّاهِدِينَ
Transliteration: Rabbanā āmannā faktubnā ma‘ash-shāhidīn.
English: Our Lord, we have believed, so register us among the witnesses.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! ہم ایمان لے آئے، پس تو ہمیں گواہی دینے والوں میں لکھ لے۔
#19: Surah Al-Ma'idah (5:114) — Abundant Provision & Heavenly Blessings
رَبَّنَا أَنزِلْ عَلَيْنَا مَائِدَةً مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ تَكُونُ لَنَا عِيدًا لِّأَوَّلِنَا وَآخِرِنَا وَآيَةً مِّنكَ ۖ وَارْزُقْنَا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الرَّازِقِينَ
Transliteration: Rabbanā anzil ‘alaynā mā'idatam minas-samā'i takūnu lanā ‘īdal li-awwalinā wa ākhirinā wa āyatam minka warzuqnā wa Anta khayrur-rāziqīn.
English: O Allah, our Lord, send down to us a table [spread with food] from the heaven to be for us a festival for the first of us and the last of us and a sign from You. And provide for us, and You are the best of providers.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! ہم پر آسمان سے کھانے کا ایک خوان نازل فرما جو ہمارے اگلوں اور پچھلوں کے لیے خوشی کا دن (عید) قرار پائے اور تیری طرف سے ایک نشانی ہو، اور ہمیں رزق عطا فرما اور تو سب سے بہتر رزق دینے والا ہے۔
#20: Surah Al-A'raf (7:23) — Tawbah & Acknowledgment of Fault
رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ
Transliteration: Rabbanā ẓalamnā anfusanā wa illam taghfir lanā wa tarḥamnā lanakūnanna minal-khāsirīn.
English: Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! ہم نے اپنی جانوں پر ظلم کیا، اور اگر تو نے ہمیں نہ بخشا اور ہم پر رحم نہ فرمایا تو ہم یقیناً نقصان اٹھانے والوں میں سے ہو جائیں گے۔
#21: Surah Al-A'raf (7:47) — Protection from Being Counted with Wrongdoers
رَبَّنَا لَا تَجْعَلْنَا مَعَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ
Transliteration: Rabbanā lā taj‘alnā ma‘al-qawmiẓ-ẓālimīn.
English: Our Lord, do not place us with the wrongdoing people.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! ہمیں ظالم لوگوں کے ساتھ نہ شامل فرما۔
#22: Surah Al-A'raf (7:89) — Divine Arbitration in Truth
رَبَّنَا افْتَحْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ قَوْمِنَا بِالْحَقِّ وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الْفَاتِحِينَ
Transliteration: Rabbanaf-taḥ baynanā wa bayna qawminā bil-ḥaqqi wa Anta khayrul-fātiḥīn.
English: Our Lord, judge between us and our people in truth, and You are the best of judges.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! ہمارے اور ہماری قوم کے درمیان حق کے ساتھ فیصلہ فرما دے، اور تو سب سے بہتر فیصلہ کرنے والا ہے۔
#23: Surah Al-A'raf (7:126) — Steadfastness under Persecution & Dying in Islam
رَبَّنَا أَفْرِغْ عَلَيْنَا صَبْرًا وَتَوَفَّنَا مُسْلِمِينَ
Transliteration: Rabbanā afrigh ‘alaynā ṣabran wa tawaffanā muslimīn.
English: Our Lord, pour upon us patience and let us die as Muslims [in submission to You].
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! ہم پر صبر انڈیل دے اور ہمیں اس حالت میں موت دے کہ ہم تیرے فرماں بردار ہوں۔
#24: Surah Yunus (10:85) — Protection from Becoming a Trial for Oppressors
رَبَّنَا لَا تَجْعَلْنَا فِتْنَةً لِّلْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ
Transliteration: Rabbanā lā taj‘alnā fitnatal lil-qawmiẓ-ẓālimīn.
English: Our Lord, make us not [objects of] trial for the wrongdoing people.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! ہمیں ظالم لوگوں کی آزمائش کا نشانہ نہ بنا۔
#25: Surah Yunus (10:86) — Deliverance by Divine Mercy
وَنَجِّنَا بِرَحْمَتِكَ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ
Transliteration: Wa najjinā bi-raḥmatika minal-qawmil-kāfirīn.
English: And save us by Your mercy from the disbelieving people.
Urdu: اور اپنی رحمت کے طفیل ہمیں کافروں کی قوم سے نجات عطا فرما۔
#26: Surah Ibrahim (14:38) — Acknowledgment of Divine Omniscience
رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ تَعْلَمُ مَا نُخْفِي وَمَا نُعْلِنُ ۗ وَمَا يَخْفَىٰ عَلَى اللَّهِ مِن شَيْءٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ
Transliteration: Rabbanā innaka ta‘lamu mā nukhfī wa mā nu‘lin, wa mā yakhfā ‘alallāhi min shay'in fil-arḍi wa lā fis-samā'.
English: Our Lord, indeed You know what we conceal and what we declare, and nothing is hidden from Allah on the earth or in the heaven.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! بے شک تو جانتا ہے جو کچھ ہم چھپاتے ہیں اور جو کچھ ہم ظاہر کرتے ہیں، اور اللہ پر کوئی چیز پوشیدہ نہیں نہ زمین میں اور نہ آسمان میں۔
#27: Surah Ibrahim (14:40) — Establishment of Prayer & Spiritual Legacy
رَبِّ اجْعَلْنِي مُقِيمَ الصَّلَاةِ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِي ۚ رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلْ دُعَاءِ
Transliteration: Rabbij-‘alnī muqīmaṣ-ṣalāti wa min dhurriyyatī, Rabbanā wa taqabbal du‘ā'.
English: My Lord, make me an establisher of prayer, and [many] from my descendants. Our Lord, and accept my supplication.
Urdu: اے میرے رب! مجھے نماز قائم کرنے والا بنا اور میری اولاد میں سے بھی، اے ہمارے رب! اور میری دعا قبول فرما۔

رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْحِسَابُ
Transliteration: Rabbanagh-fir lī wa li-wālidayya wa lil-mu'minīna yawma yaqūmul-ḥisāb.
English: Our Lord, forgive me and my parents and the believers the Day the account is established.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! مجھے اور میرے والدین کو اور تمام مومنوں کو اس دن بخش دینا جس دن حساب قائم ہوگا۔

رَبَّنَا آتِنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْمَةً وَهَيِّئْ لَنَا مِنْ أَمْرِنَا رَشَدًا
Transliteration: Rabbanā ātinā mil-ladunka raḥmataw wa hayyi' lanā min amrinā rashadā.
English: Our Lord, grant us from Yourself mercy and prepare for us from our affair right guidance.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! ہمیں اپنے پاس سے رحمت عطا فرما اور ہمارے معاملے میں ہمارے لیے راہ راست (درستگی) مہیا فرما۔

رَبِّ لَا تَذَرْنِي فَرْدًا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الْوَارِثِينَ
Transliteration: Rabbi lā tadharnī fardaw wa Anta khayrul-wārithīn.
English: My Lord, do not leave me alone [with no heir], while You are the best of inheritors.
Urdu: اے میرے رب! مجھے تنہا نہ چھوڑ اور تو سب سے بہتر وارث ہے۔

رَبَّنَا آمَنَّا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الرَّاحِمِينَ
Transliteration: Rabbanā āmannā faghfir lanā warḥamnā wa Anta khayrur-rāḥimīn.
English: Our Lord, we have believed, so forgive us and have mercy upon us, and You are the best of the merciful.

رَبَّنَا اصْرِفْ عَنَّا عَذَابَ جَهَنَّمَ ۖ إِنَّ عَذَابَهَا كَانَ غَرَامًا
Transliteration: Rabbanāṣ-rif ‘annā ‘adhāba jahannama inna ‘adhābahā kāna gharāmā.
English: Our Lord, avert from us the punishment of Hell. Indeed, its punishment is ever adhering.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! ہم سے جہنم کا عذاب پھیر دے، بے شک اس کا عذاب چمٹ جانے والا ہے۔
#33: Surah Al-Furqan (25:74) — Comfort in Spouse, Children & High Leadership in Taqwa
رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا
Transliteration: Rabbanā hab lanā min azwājinā wa dhurriyyātinā qurrata a‘yuniw waj‘alnā lil-muttaqīna imāmā.
English: Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us a leader [i.e., example] for the righteous.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! ہمیں ہماری بیویوں اور ہماری اولاد کی طرف سے آنکھوں کی ٹھنڈک عطا فرما، اور ہمیں پرہیزگاروں کا پیشوا بنا۔
#34: Surah Ghafir (40:7) — Angelic Intercession for the Repentant
رَبَّنَا وَسِعْتَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ رَّحْمَةً وَعِلْمًا فَاغْفِرْ لِلَّذِينَ تَابُوا وَاتَّبَعُوا سَبِيلَكَ وَقِهِمْ عَذَابَ الْجَحِيمِ
Transliteration: Rabbanā wasi‘ta kulla shay'ir raḥmataw wa ‘ilman faghfir lilladhīna tābū wattaba‘ū sabīlaka wa qihim ‘adhābal-jaḥīm.
English: Our Lord, You have encompassed all things in mercy and knowledge, so forgive those who have repented and followed Your way and protect them from the punishment of Hellfire.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! تیری رحمت اور تیرا علم ہر چیز کو گھیرے ہوئے ہے، پس ان لوگوں کو بخش دے جنہوں نے توبہ کی اور تیرے راستے کی پیروی کی اور انہیں دوزخ کے عذاب سے بچا۔
#35: Surah Ghafir (40:8) — Eternal Family Reunion in Paradise
رَبَّنَا وَأَدْخِلْهُمْ جَنَّاتِ عَدْنٍ الَّتِي وَعَدتَّهُمْ وَمَن صَلَحَ مِنْ آبَائِهِمْ وَأَزْوَاجِهِمْ وَذُرِّيَّاتِهِمْ ۚ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ
Transliteration: Rabbanā wa adkhilhum jannāti ‘adninil-latī wa‘attahum wa man ṣalaḥa min ābā'ihim wa azwājihim wa dhurriyyātihim, innaka Antal-‘Azīzul-Ḥakīm.
English: Our Lord, and admit them to gardens of perpetual residence which You have promised them and whoever was righteous among their fathers, their spouses and their offspring. Indeed, it is You who is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! اور انہیں ہمیشہ رہنے کے باغات میں داخل فرما جس کا تو نے ان سے وعدہ کیا ہے اور ان کے باپ دادا، ان کی بیویوں اور ان کی اولاد میں سے جو نیک ہوں ان کو بھی، بے شک تو ہی زبردست حکمت والا ہے۔
#36: Surah Ghafir (40:9) — Immunity from Sin Consequences
وَقِهِمُ السَّيِّئَاتِ ۚ وَمَن تَقِ السَّيِّئَاتِ يَوْمَئِذٍ فَقَدْ رَحِمْتَهُ ۚ وَذَٰلِكَ هُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ
Transliteration: Waqihimus-sayyi'āt, wa man taqis-sayyi'āti yawma'idhin faqad raḥimtah, wa dhālika huwal-fawzul-‘aẓīm.
English: And protect them from the evil consequences [of their deeds]. And he whom You protect from evil consequences that Day - You will have given him mercy. And that is the great attainment.
Urdu: اور انہیں برائیوں سے بچا لے، اور جسے تو نے اس دن برائیوں (کی سزا) سے بچا لیا اس پر تو نے رحم فرما دیا، اور یہی بڑی کامیابی ہے۔
#37: Surah Al-Hashr (59:10) — Cleansing the Heart of Malice & Love for Past Believers
رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا وَلِإِخْوَانِنَا الَّذِينَ سَبَقُونَا بِالْإِيمَانِ وَلَا تَجْعَلْ فِي قُلُوبَنَا غِلًّا لِّلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ رَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ
Transliteration: Rabbanagh-fir lanā wa li-ikhwānināl-ladhīna sabaqūnā bil-īmāni wa lā taj‘al fī qulūbinā ghillal lilladhīna āmanū Rabbanā innaka Ra'ūfur Raḥīm.
English: Our Lord, forgive us and our brothers who preceded us in faith and put not in our hearts [any] resentment toward those who have believed. Our Lord, indeed You are Full of Kindness, Most Merciful.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! ہمیں اور ہمارے ان بھائیوں کو بخش دے جو ہم سے پہلے ایمان لائے، اور ہمارے دلوں میں مومنوں کے لیے کوئی کینہ و بغض نہ رکھ، اے ہمارے رب! تو یقیناً بڑا شفیق نہایت رحم فرمانے والا ہے۔
#38: Surah Al-Mumtahanah (60:4) — Total Reliance (Tawakkul) & Repentant Return
رَّبَّنَا عَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْنَا وَإِلَيْكَ أَنَبْنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ
Transliteration: Rabbanā ‘alayka tawakkalnā wa ilayka anabnā wa ilaykal-maṣīr.
English: Our Lord, upon You we have relied, and to You we have returned, and to You is the destination.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! تجھی پر ہم نے بھروسا کیا اور تیری ہی طرف ہم نے رجوع کیا اور تیری ہی طرف لوٹنا ہے۔
#39: Surah Al-Mumtahanah (60:5) — Preservation from Adversaries & Divine Pardon
رَبَّنَا لَا تَجْعَلْنَا فِتْنَةً لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا رَبَّنَا ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ
Transliteration: Rabbanā lā taj‘alnā fitnatal lilladhīna kafarū waghfir lanā Rabbanā innaka Antal-‘Azīzul-Ḥakīm.
English: Our Lord, make us not [objects of] torment for the disbelievers and forgive us, our Lord. Indeed, it is You who is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! ہمیں کافروں کے لیے آزمائش نہ بنا اور ہمیں بخش دے اے ہمارے رب! بے شک تو ہی بڑا زبردست حکمت والا ہے۔
#40: Surah At-Tahrim (66:8) — Perfection of Light on the Day of Resurrection
رَبَّنَا أَتْمِمْ لَنَا نُورَنَا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ۖ إِنَّكَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Transliteration: Rabbanā atmim lanā nūranā waghfir lanā innaka ‘alā kulli shay'in qadīr.
English: Our Lord, perfect for us our light and forgive us. Indeed, You are over all things competent.
Urdu: اے ہمارے رب! ہمارے لیے ہمارا نور مکمل فرما اور ہمیں بخش دے، بے شک تو ہر چیز پر کامل قدرت رکھتا ہے۔
