Verse 107:1
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ أَرَءَيْتَ ٱلَّذِى يُكَذِّبُ بِٱلدِّينِ
English: Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense?
اردو: بھلا تم نے اس شخص کو دیکھا جو (روزِ) جزا کو جھٹلاتا ہے؟
Verse 107:2
فَذَٰلِكَ ٱلَّذِى يَدُعُّ ٱلْيَتِيمَ
English: For that is the one who drives away the orphan
اردو: یہ وہی (بدبخت) ہے، جو یتیم کو دھکے دیتا ہے
Verse 107:3
وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ
English: And does not encourage the feeding of the poor.
اردو: اور فقیر کو کھانا کھلانے کے لیے (لوگوں کو) ترغیب نہیں دیتا
Verse 107:4
فَوَيْلٌۭ لِّلْمُصَلِّينَ
English: So woe to those who pray
اردو: تو ایسے نمازیوں کی خرابی ہے
Verse 107:5
ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَن صَلَاتِهِمْ سَاهُونَ
English: [But] who are heedless of their prayer -
اردو: جو نماز کی طرف سے غافل رہتے ہیں
Verse 107:6
ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ يُرَآءُونَ
English: Those who make show [of their deeds]
اردو: جو ریا کاری کرتے ہیں
Verse 107:7
وَيَمْنَعُونَ ٱلْمَاعُونَ
English: And withhold [simple] assistance.
اردو: اور برتنے کی چیزیں عاریتہً نہیں دیتے
